We have developed a flexible discount system so that everyone can take advantage of the benefits of early booking. The earlier you book a spot, the more you save!
Our ongoing offers:
- Early bird discount: Book your spot in advance and get the best price.
- Refer-a-friend discount: Share the joy of adventure with friends and receive a nice bonus.
- Sibling discount: We encourage families to travel together! Book a spot for multiple children and get a special discount.

- Discounts are valid only at the time of booking.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
- For individual discounts (e.g., for large families), please contact our office.

"Returning Customer" – loyalty pays off! Anyone who has attended our camp within the last 2 years receives a 50 PLN discount on their current booking. To claim the discount, please write the name of the camp and the date (session) your child attended within the last 2 years in the booking notes.
"Friends Discount" - as you can see, it's always more fun with a friend, and with us, it's also 50 PLN cheaper per person. You can use this discount if your child comes to us for a holiday together with a friend.
"Repeat Vacation" — you will receive a 100 PLN discount on your next Camp Scout stay in the same season. Double the joy for kids, savings for parents :)
"Large Family Discount" — we support large families, which is why we offer a 5% discount on the basic camp cost (excluding electives, excursions, attractions, insurance, and transportation). At CampScout, large families pay less for camp tickets!
This is a special program that allows you to get up to a 50% discount on our camps. The dates and price of the camps will be known to you at the time of booking. The only surprise is which of the themed camps for the season the child will attend. We will inform you no later than 14 days before the start of the session. The discounted price does not include electives, excursions, attractions, insurance, or transportation (these are paid separately).
* The “Surprise” promotion excludes the use of other additional discounts and promotions.
* The number of spots in the “Surprise” promotion is limited.
* A deposit of 500 PLN is required to reserve the promotional price, which is then applied to the cost of the trip.
* A condition for accepting the application for the promotional program is the submission of a completed participant's qualification (camp) card within 7 days of applying.

We know how difficult it can sometimes be to predict whether a child who is not an experienced camper and is visiting a camp for the first time will be able to easily adapt to new friends and surroundings.
Will the child feel comfortable among peers, or maybe they are still too young and it would be better to wait a little longer with the camp?

Sometimes, despite the efforts of our professional camp team, homesickness is stronger than positive emotions and fun. In such cases, we do not want to subject the participant to stress, and so that the camp visit does not leave negative memories, in some situations we suggest taking them home before the end of the session.
In the event that parents purchase the "Acclimatization Guarantee" package, we will refund the money for the number of unused days at the camp.

What if the child cannot come to the camp?
Various unforeseen situations (illness, family circumstances, canceled vacations, etc.) can change your plans and force you to cancel your child's participation in the camp. To avoid significant financial losses associated with such cancellations, we offer an additional "Protection" Package. It allows you to significantly reduce the loss of funds related to such a cancellation.
"Protection" Package - 75.00 PLN
Cancellation 30 days before the event — 85% refund (standard is 70%)
Cancellation 14 to 30 days before the event — 75% refund (standard is 50%)
Cancellation 7-13 days before the event — 70% refund (standard is 40%)
Cancellation less than 7 days before the event — 60% refund (standard is 0%).
What if a child cannot go to camp?
Various unforeseen situations, such as illness, family circumstances, or canceled vacation plans, may force you to cancel your child's participation in the camp. In such cases, we want to provide maximum protection for your finances. In addition to the standard "Protection" Package, which helps to reduce losses, we offer an even more beneficial solution — the "Protection+" Package.
The "Protection+" Package was created with the idea of more complete protection. It provides significantly better refund conditions in case of cancellation, which minimizes your financial risk to an absolute minimum. By choosing this package, you gain the certainty that even in the event of a sudden change of plans, most of the paid amount will be returned to your account.
